Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2017, the Defendant driven at a section of approximately 500 meters from the Suwon-gu transfer street to the front of the same outdoor music day, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.155% among blood transfusion around 23:00, the Defendant driven B-to-purd car at a section of about 500 meters from the Suwon-gu transfer street to the same outdoor music day.
