1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 1, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a joint transport service agreement (hereinafter “instant joint transport service agreement”) in relation to the operation of the weekend shuttle bus with a gold-speed Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “gold-speed”), and a non-party limited liability company Eurging tourism (hereinafter “Eurging tourism”) as a starting point for the Jeju Innovation City (hereinafter “instant joint transport service agreement”), and the main contents are as follows.

Section 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the smooth transportation of weekend buses and to provide high-quality services for the extension of contracts with the ordering agency, which are operated by the Naju Innovation City relocating Agency with the term “Franchising Agency” as “representative Agency.”

Article 2 (Number and Conditions of Vehicles)

1. The number of vehicles allocated to each company for the number of vehicles required to be operated by the ordering office shall be equal to the number designated by the representative for each date within the respective shares ratio of each company entered into with the ordering office at the time of the contract;

2. Equity ratio by place of order. Article 3 (Distribution of Transportation Revenues and Collection of Operating Fees)

1. The representative shall report the details of the operation by each ordering office, each date, and each company to each ordering office each month and claim the amount of the station.

2. The cost of services deposited according to the respective company's equity ratio from the ordering place shall be calculated by applying the contract unit price by route based on the details of operation reported by the representative to the ordering place, and the difference between the cost of services and the cost of services by company shall be deposited by issuing a mutual tax invoice;

3. The representative shall have 1 per cent each of the monthly transportation revenue of the Defendant and Burging Tourism as an item of expenses incurred in the production of marks related to this contract, the provision of pre-contracts, the dispatch of pre-contracts by users of pre-contracts, the publication of logs and teaching curricula, and the filing of reports on the details of the operation of the order points by proxy.
