Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

However, the execution of the above fine for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2018, around 05:10 on March 12, 2018, the Defendant, in front of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu apartment security guards, placed D ( South, 72 years of age) a gap in the boundary of surveillance in front of the entrance of the other guard room, and stolen the gist of evidence by inserting two copies of a shipbuilding daily newspaper in excess of KRW 1,600 in front of the entrance of the other guard room.
