1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,760,071 and KRW 30,000 among them, per annum from November 1, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. On April 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan from the Plaintiff at an annual interest rate of KRW 30,000,000 from the Plaintiff; (b) 8.8% per annum; (c) 14.7% per annum; and (d) due date of repayment on April 28, 2019; and (c) did not fully repay the principal or interest on the loan; and (d) the Plaintiff has a loan claim against the Defendant totaling KRW 40,760,071 as of November 1, 2016.
