Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a C.C. which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

1. 피고인은 2015. 3. 4. 21:35경 서울 금천구 D 앞 노상에서 혈중알콜농도 0.103% 주취상태로 뽕잎사랑 쪽에서 맥시칸치킨 쪽으로 횡단보도를 가로질러 진행하였다.

3. At the same date and time as the above paragraph 1 above, the Defendant operated the above Oral Ba that was not covered by mandatory insurance.
