Punishment of the crime

Although anyone is prohibited from piling up goods in a development-restricted area, the Defendant arbitrarily filled up 1.5 tons (330 tons) of flowers-gu, Goyang-gu, 2008, which is a development-restricted area, from August 31, 2012 to August 31, 2012.
