A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was engaged in livestock product sales business under the trade name called Ilyang-dong-gu C and 104, the Defendant failed to pay the price for supply to E, which is a business partner, thereby making it difficult for E to receive the delivery of swine meat by raising a letter to F, which is a livestock product distribution website, to give the Defendant a warning that the delivery of swine meat would be difficult, thereby forging a business registration certificate.

1. On February 1, 2013, at around 08:00, the Defendant forged public document, inputs into a computer into a “G company, H, and I” and printed out the same as a “G company, H, and I” in the business registration certificate using the computer, and copied it to the J’s business registration certificate.

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising his official document, forged a business registration certificate for H in the name of the head of the Goyang Tax Office.

2. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant presented a forged business registration certificate, etc. at the above D’s office, which shows the forged business registration certificate to K, and obtained a delivery of a swine machine, thereby having K deliver it to YA Co., Ltd. and YAF, and had K display it as if it were actually issued.

3. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the forged business registration certificate to K on the date and at the same time, at the place, as mentioned in the preceding paragraph; (b) sent it to K with the victim corporation Oral Trade Co., Ltd. and supplied the swine scrap machine; and (c) sent the forged business registration certificate to L, who is an employee of the victimized company, at the damaged company office located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the said date and at the same time and at the same place; and (d) deceiving K to the effect that “It is necessary to keep a large number of pigs; (c) transfer the price to a corporate passbook once a week on credit.”

However, the facts are from the customer who had been transacted before without any specific property at the time.
