1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,473,300 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 20, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. On May 7, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement on the supply of ready-mixed with the Defendant.

On March 9, 2015, the Defendant written a letter of payment that pays KRW 22,034,90 to the Plaintiff by April 10, 2015 (hereinafter “instant letter of payment”).

Amounting to May 31, 2014, KRW 63,769,420 on June 30, 2014; KRW 2,397,120 on September 30, 2014; KRW 63,769,420 on September 30, 2014; KRW 6,170,120 on October 31, 2014; KRW 24,706,90 on April 30, 2015; KRW 634,410 on April 15, 2015; KRW 6,565,90 on May 31, 2015; KRW 323,200 on June 30, 2013; KRW 1383,90 on the date and the amount issued by the Plaintiff to the Defendant are as follows:

Amounting to April 29, 2014, KRW 10,000,000 on May 16, 2014; KRW 30,000,000 on May 27, 2014; KRW 10,000,000 on July 6, 2014; KRW 12,00,000 on September 15, 2014; KRW 15,000 on September 27, 2014; KRW 10,000 on September 15, 200,00 on KRW 10,000 on October 17, 2014; and KRW 10,00,000 on KRW 10,00 on November 17, 200, 2000 on KRW 10,00 on April 27, 2015; and the sum paid by the Defendant to the Plaintiff.

【Ground of Recognition: The Plaintiff’s assertion by the Plaintiff is that the Plaintiff sold ready-mixeds equivalent to KRW 133,483,90 on credit from May 9, 2014 to June 24, 2015, and received KRW 109,010,600 among them.

The defendant received from the plaintiff, and remitted 134,400,000 won from April 29, 2014 to April 27, 2015. The defendant, rather, should have 916,100 won returned.

The defendant's representative of B is 133,483,90 won, and the defendant's actual transaction of C0,01,410 won and D business operator 25,37,90 won is 188,873,410 won.

The plaintiff's settlement of transactions with C and D is made by the defendant's order.

The defendant is not aware of C or D.

The above companies have traded goods with the Plaintiff under the arrangement of E.

As between April 30, 2015 and June 24, 2015, the Defendant used 24,523,510 Won.
