Punishment of the crime

On April 11, 2018, the Defendant directly received notice of a follow-up physical examination under the name of the director of the former North Korean military manpower office, which caused a follow-up physical examination conducted in Suwon-si on May 4, 2018, from the “Teosung Vocational Training Correctional Institution,” which was in 741, in terms of the chronological flusium, on May 4, 2018, and participated in it without justifiable grounds.
