1. The defendant is the original district court with respect to each of the plaintiffs' shares among each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

In the absence of dispute between the parties, or comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire argument in the evidence Nos. 1 through 18, the facts of the cause of the claim and the changed cause of the claim can be acknowledged. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on September 5, 2015 on the basis of the registration of the price of the right to claim partial transfer of ownership completed on March 11, 2015 by the Changwon District Court in the separate sheet with respect to each of the plaintiffs' shares among the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiffs.

Therefore, the plaintiffs' claims are justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
