Defendant
A From October 2006, K “K” located in Gyeonggi-gunJ from around 5,237, approximately 1,522 square meters for raising pigs, and approximately 500 square meters for raising pigs from January 2012, “M” located in L ( approximately 1,800 square meters for raising pigs, approximately 600 square meters for raising pigs, and approximately 600 square meters for raising pigs located in Q pigs) is operated by Defendant A in fact in the case of raising M or Q pigs in which Defendant B operated, and as such, Defendant B operated “M”, a food waste recycling business entity, which is a food waste recycling business entity in the city of Pakistan, and Defendant D is a person who collects and transports food waste, and Defendant D is a person who collects and transports food waste.
1. Defendant A
A. Violation of the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta (1) In the event that the Defendant installs or alters a facility for raising pigs not less than 1,000§³, the Defendant, despite obtaining permission from the head of the competent administrative agency, shall raise pigs using the discharge facility not permitted from October 29, 201 to May 13, 201, and the former Act on the Disposal of Sewage, Excreta and Livestock Wastewater (amended by Act No. 8014, Sep. 27, 2006) which is the Act on the Disposal of Sewage, Excreta and Livestock Wastewater (amended by Act No. 8014, Sep. 27, 2006) shall apply immediately to the installation of the discharge facility. However, since the statute of limitations has expired, it is clear that the previous charge was corrected through the amendment of the indictment, and that the provision that punishs livestock using the unauthorized discharge facility is continuously a crime, it shall be applied from October 29, 201 to the amendment of the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta (amended by Act No. 1937, Dec. 17, 19, 2013).
