Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants were representatives of K Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as “KF”), and Defendants D, F, B, and E were elected from KFF’s election on August 6, 2009, but were elected on March 11, 2015, the first election of KFF’s president, which was implemented on March 11, 2015, and Defendant A was 4 years’ election of KF’s representative, and Defendant C was friendly with the said L.C’s election while working as NAF’s representative. No one may slander a candidate (including a person wishing to become a candidate) by publicly announcing false facts or publicly pointing out facts with respect to an election of executive officers or representatives of local agricultural cooperatives. Nevertheless, Defendants were to be elected from the NAF’s election of the head of the KF’s association on March 11, 2014, and the head of the NAF’s election of the NAF’s head of the NAF’s association on his/her behalf, including the head of the NAFF.15.

According to the above public offering, Defendant E filed a request for perusal of the list and issuance of copies of the list of union members with the Korea Agricultural Cooperative located in the Daegu Seo-gu N around March 17, 2014, and secured the list and address of union members. Defendant C prepared a draft of the mail to be sent to union members. Defendant D provided the above "O-type gathering office" office to the other Defendants, contact them with the other Defendants, and gather them as the "O-type gathering office" office. The Defendants reviewed and revised the contents of the mail prepared by Defendant C at the "O-type gathering" office, and then printed the mail prepared by Defendant F (hereinafter "the mail") to the O-type warehouse.
