A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2012, at around 12:00, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim Ddaa operated by the victim C in the Yacheon-gun, Yacheon-gun, Gacheon-gun, and to the victim as the multiple employee until April 29, 2012, the Defendant changed the amount of two million won by making a false statement.

However, even if the defendant received money, he did not intend to work as an employee.

The Defendant, as such, deceiving the victim and transferred 190,000 won to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (E) in the name of the Defendant at around 13:00 on the same day under the pretext of advance payment from the victim, and received KRW 13:30 on the same day.
