1. The Defendant’s KRW 97,587,590 as well as the Plaintiff’s 6% per annum from March 1, 2019 to March 18, 2021, and the following.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. On April 2018, the Plaintiff was re-subcontracted by the Defendant with the following: (a) around April 2018, the construction of the “step-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p-p

6. The Plaintiff completed construction work of a 110,469 square meters in total, not later than January 31, 2019, in accordance with the instant contract, with the Plaintiff’s dissolution of the joint plate 25,883 square meters and a 84,586 square meters in size.

Accordingly, the construction cost is KRW 773,283,00 ( = 110,469 square meters x 7,000).

3) From May 29, 2018 to January 28, 2019, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff the remainder after deducting the mutual aid amount, such as taxes, meals, livers, 10 from the base amount for the pertinent month as listed below (excluding KRW 1,128,160 from the base amount for D industrial accidents on December 2018; KRW 1,128, 160 from 0. 08; KRW 106. 0, 208; KRW 16. 0, 208; KRW 30, 208; KRW 96. 0, 206; 30, 196. 7. 8; 30, 208; 196. 7. 6. 1, 205; 30, 206. 7. 1, 2018

B. According to the above facts of recognition, the remainder of the construction cost that the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff shall be 105,033.
