Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Changwon District Court’s branch on November 13, 2008. On November 28, 2008, the Seoul Eastern District Court received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On June 25, 2014, at around 21:40, the Defendant driven C truck, while under the influence of alcohol of about 1km from the 1km section to the water hole located in the Tong-gu Unlimited-dong, through a c truck with blood alcohol concentration of 0.072%.
