A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) and is engaged in driving of the franchise and low-income motor vehicle.

On October 7, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.224% during blood transfusion around October 7, 2017, the Defendant driven a Clater-low car at the section of approximately 30km from the flive Do to the front roads located in Gwangju Dong-gu E, with approximately 0km alcohol 0.24% alcohol level.
