Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2013, at around 03:55, the Defendant: (a) took a bath against B on the street in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 357-23, and took a bath against B on his face; (b) took a 112 report, and was dispatched by the police officer belonging to the Gangseo-gu Police Station C District of the Gangseo Police Station, and took a bath against D, “I wish to die, flag,” and assaulted D’s flaps, flaps, and flabing the face.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report handling.

The reason for sentencing of Articles 70 and 69(2) of the Criminal Act on December 22, 201, the Defendant committed the instant crime without being sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of one year and six months, which was sentenced to a suspension of execution of special obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Southern District Court on December 22, 201.

On the other hand, the defendant did not go to the police officer, and the police officer B and the victim police officer wanted to go to the defendant, if imprisonment is sentenced due to this case, the previous suspension of execution shall be revoked and the defendant shall additionally serve for one year and six months, and the defendant shall be sentenced to the same punishment as the order, comprehensively taking into account the recent criminal records of the defendant, etc.
