1. From June 26, 2015 to August 30, 2018, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 27,225,00 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and against such KRW.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who runs the installation and repair business of household appliances, such as air conditioners, with the trade name of “F,” and the Defendants are operating the “E Hospital” located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant hospital”).

B. (1) The Defendants contracted the remodeling construction work for the instant hospital to “Company G” during the construction period from May 1, 2015 to June 18, 2015, with the construction period fixed at KRW 358,000,000 of the construction cost (hereinafter “instant remodeling construction work”).

(2) Of the foregoing remodeling construction work, G Co., Ltd.: (a) installed a ventilation machine in the MRI’s control room and the escape room in the instant hospital (hereinafter “instant construction”).

(2) The Plaintiff subcontracted the instant construction work around June 9, 2015, with employment of the daily worker H as a worker employed by the Plaintiff.

3) The Office of RoI’s Office of RoI’s Research “I” and “C of Model Name” (hereinafter “TRI of this case”) shall be the RoI’s equipment.
