Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Without certain occupation, the Defendant received the basic living benefits of 370,000 won per month from the State and local governments, and used 330,000 won per month as monthly income and did not reside in national rental housing, etc. with low living expenses, and had the mind to threaten the recovery of social workers by carrying excessive property, which is dangerous property, to move into a decent dwelling place.
