Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. Defendant B violated the Medical Technicians, etc. Act, despite that it is not a dental technician, dental clinic’s installation, etc., 1) around June 13, 2013: (a) around 14:30, when examining the condition of attaching temporary scrap metal attached to H’s mouth at G dental clinic located in the G dental clinic located in the G dental clinic 305 of the 2013, she processed them by deducting temporary scrap metal for the upper part of the four upper part of the upper part of the H’s body, and then attaching them to the H’s body, and then confirming the conformity with the H’s body; and (b) around June 25, 2013, upon directly observing the H’s mouth’s dental department’s mouth, he re-processed the said temporary scrap metal with the H’s body, and adjusted the relation between the H’s dental doctor and the H’s dental doctor.

2. Defendant A: (a) as the G dental clinic; and (b) as an employee of Defendant A, as described in the preceding paragraph, as Defendant A’s duties, Defendant A performed dental sanitarians’ duties; and (c) performed dental treatment.
