A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that there is no concern about substantial disadvantage to the defendant's exercise of his/her right of defense, rhythizing the facts charged without changing the indictment and recognizing the facts charged.

On February 8, 2012, the Defendant prepared a false complaint with respect to E, F, and G at the residence of D in C at the time of stay.

With respect to E and F, the accusation stated that “the producer’s seal was required for selling the agricultural products, such as bean, without authentic documentation,” and that “a false document manipulation fraud was committed for the purpose of receiving money without any evidence from the complainant who is entirely unrelated to his/her obligation to repay debts,” and that “a false document manipulation fraud was committed” in relation to G.

However, in the process of giving up farming houses from H and E, the Defendant knew that he borrowed money from F and had a seal issued by the Defendant in order to prepare documents related thereto, and he knew that he was supplied with agricultural chemicals from G and had a signature or seal affixed to the statement of transaction and the certificate of accounts receivable.

Nevertheless, on February 8, 2012, the defendant submitted a written complaint to the police officer under the name of the person belonging to the above police station at the resident police station located in Sung-dong, Sung-dong.

As a result, the defendant brought a separate appeal against E, F, and G for the purpose of criminal punishment against E, F, and G.
