All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.
Reasons
The reason for appeal by the defendant is that the original sentence is too heavy, and the reason for appeal by the prosecutor is too minor for the original sentence.
Although the defendant made an additional agreement with some victims at the time of the trial, considering the circumstances and the conditions of the sentencing stated in the reasons for sentencing as well as the fact that the defendant had a history of criminal punishment in a number of times before and after the same kind of criminal records, it is not recognized that the sentencing of the court below is too heavy or unreasonable.
