Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2018, at around 10:58, the Defendant driven a B-type truck without a car driver’s license in a section of approximately 3 km from the “Fudong Road” located in the Sincheon-si, Macheon-si, Macheon-si to the “Embrop-si” located in the same Sincheon-do.
