A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 27, 2004, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a crime of causing property damage at the Seoul Central District Court. On March 16, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 1,00,000 on October 23, 200 to a fine of KRW 1,00 on the grounds of a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint destruction at night) at the Busan Central District Court on January 23, 2006.

At around 16:07 on August 25, 2015, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking on her own punishment and on the grounds that she was in front of 206 U.S. central access to the Busan East-gu, Busan-do, and was in front of the U.S. central access of the city of Busan-dong, and the Defendant did not operate the U.S., thereby placing up a maintenance guidance signboard equivalent to 100,000 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, which is owned by the employees of the Korea Railroad Corporation, located in the victim’s employees, at that place, on the ground that she was not in operation of the U.S.., the Defendant carried out a maintenance guidance signboard at the victim’s location, which is the victim’s possession attached to E.S., the Defendant needs to replace the standing signboard, and the safety monitoring position is

In addition, from the above date to August 30, 2015, the Defendant habitually damaged the property of the victim four times from the above date and time to August 30, 2015.

2. On August 28, 2015, the Defendant damaged public objects by 02:29, which was arrested and taken custody as flagrant offender by C, a special judicial police officer belonging to the Korean National Railroad Team, as a result of the crime listed in the [Attachment Table No. 3] No. 3, thereby damaging goods used by public offices by breaking down the winding machine of an amount equivalent to KRW 90,000 at the Busan Local Railroad and Police Agency located in the Seocho-dong Busan Metropolitan City, which was under the influence of alcohol at the Busan Metropolitan City Center.

3. On August 30, 2015, at around 10:01, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties, the Defendant was in operation on the ground that part of the escalators installed therein was under the influence of alcohol at the central entrance and exit of the Busan metropolitan area was not in operation.
