Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, with respect to Defendant B, the same shall apply for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 1451"

1. At around 02:21 on September 19, 2018, the thief Defendant A: (a) returned home to the FSM3 car owned by the victim and opened a string door door which is parked in the victim’s vehicle by using the cresh in which surveillance is neglected; (b) cut off 10,000 won, 10 million won, which is located in the container in the vehicle; and (c) cut off 10,000 won, which is located in the vehicle; and (d) cut off 10,000 won, which is owned by the victim’s 10,000,000 won, by putting the vehicle heat located in the vehicle at the location; and (d) cut off the 200,000 won, which is owned by the victim’s market price at that location; and (d) cut off 20,000 won, more than 40,000 won in the market price.

2. At around 03:57 on the same day as Paragraph 1, Defendant A, as the victim H (the 56-year-old, South) operated by J, would have had the victim pay the gas station in spite of his/her intent or ability to pay the gas station price, he/she, by deceiving the victim as if he/she would have paid the gas station price, had the f white SM3 car stolen at a temporary location such as Paragraph 1, paid the 20,000 won without paying the price.

As a result, Defendant A deceiving the victim and was supplied with non-legal gasoline equivalent to the market value of KRW 20,000.

3. On September 19, 2018, Defendant A, without a driver’s license, driven the said FM3 vehicle at a section of about 70km from the 70km section to the said parking lot via the counter-dong of Jinju, Jin-gun Ddong without a driver’s license, around 02:21, 2018.

1. The Defendants’ special thief Defendant A, who was parked in the J apartment parking lot in Gyeongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do around September 19, 2018, was a victim E, who was in possession of the victim E, and a person who was in possession of cash and articles located therein, and was in the smart key of the said car at the time of the victim.
