On October 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:52, the Defendant was the victim’s possession in the vehicle, with the driver’s knife, who was parked in the instant parking lot of treatment apartment 11-gil, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, as well as in the FNF stations and other vehicles owned by the victim E, and was in the storage of the vehicle.
