Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On October 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment by the Seoul High Court for a crime of indecent act by force against military personnel, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on April 9, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】 around 22:40 on January 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Art. 2019-Ma2152, the Defendant: (b) at the alcohol house of “D” operated by the victim C in Yeonsu-gu, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (c) at the time of fighting with E, an employee of the company, etc.; and (d) at the time of fighting, the Defendant damaged the three tables and six chairs, each of which were located at that place, and damaged the strings; and (d) at the time of folding 7 boxes, 2 posts, and 2 liners, each of which were placed on each floor, and damaged the strings by spreading up the signboards outside the said restaurant.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged another's property equivalent to 1,600,000 won in total.
around 22:55 on January 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the repair cost of KRW 4,511,110 on a drinking ground, franchising by drinking in a manner that, without any particular reason, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, dicefX50 (H) owned by the Victim G, parked on the street, and damaged the Defendant’s property owned by the victim by drinking in the future; and (b) on January 29, 2019, at around 03:15, Jan. 29, 2019, while interesting with the Defendant, who was living in his/her residence under the Special Building J of Si-si, with the victim K residing in his/her dwelling in Si-si around 03:15, 201.
around 05:00 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) considered the victim N (e.g., 65 years of age) as an illegal gambling while singing and singing in the “Mnonobya” L at L, which was located in the Sinby City; and (b) caused the victim’s injury, such as light dys, which requires treatment for about 10 days, by putting the victim out of the floor by hand.
