Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2016, the Defendant was employed as a worker for daily employment from static CG operated by the victim AG in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant, at around 12:25 on the same day, stolen beef 50 km or 60 km from the market price of the victim, which was located in the static copon, using the gaps in which the victim's management was neglected, with approximately 3 million won of the market price.
