Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates entertainment centers in the name of “F” on the 1st and 2nd underground of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant B is a person who exercises overall control over the whole business as the former duties of the above entertainment center, and Defendant C is a management director of the “H hotel” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
1. On June 12, 2015, Defendants A and B received KRW 240,00,00 from I who was found to be a customer at the above business establishment around 23:40 on June 12, 2015, the Defendants moved to approximately 100 meters away from the above business establishment to about 301 H hotel, and let J do any similar act, such as putting I’s sexual organ into his hand and scam, and after receiving KRW 240,000 from K of other customers, the Defendants moved to L (V, 29 years old) who is an employee of the above business establishment to H 308, thereby having sexual intercourse.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic in collusion from March 2015 to June 12, 2015.
2. On March 2015, Defendant C received a request from 10,000 won of cash 50,000 won from a senior secretary of F amusement shop from Habnman B, a senior secretary of F amusement shop, and accepted a request to allow 10,000 won of room at night. Defendant C provided the said hotel employees with a guest room at the F amusement shop.
On June 12, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 50,000, respectively, with knowledge that female workers and male customers are engaging in sexual traffic at the above hotel around 23:40 on June 12, 2015. The Defendant provided 301 of the above hotel to J and I who are female employees, and provided 308 of the above hotel to K as female employees.
Accordingly, the Defendant arranged sexual traffic by providing a place of sexual traffic from March 2015 to June 12, 2015.
