A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, driven a DNA cargo vehicle at a section of about 10km from the front of the Defendant’s house located in the former North Korean-gun C while under the influence of 0.292% alcohol during blood, to the front of his/her green resources.
