Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of the company B which conducts advertising agency business, and the victim C (the victim C) is a person who works for the above company from December 1, 2014 to April 1, 2015 and is under the supervision of the defendant due to business and employment.

1. On December 25, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by forcing the employees of the company including the victim (the victim (the victim aged 25) and the victim to drinking alcohol at the “E restaurant located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the victim), thereby forcing the victim to do so, and forcing the victim to do so on the victim’s hand, who responded to this forcing the victim to do so.
