1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 17, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) was an unincorporated association established for the purpose of friendship among its members and fishing village development by making the owner engaged in fisheries in Jeju-si as its members; (b) was leased 206m2 in Jeju-si, Jeju-si, the Korea Asset Management Corporation, the State property of which was the State property, for the use of a site (the lease period for a net lane was extended to December 31, 2020) and (c) was newly built as a temporary building on the land above the leased to the E-Myeon head on June 17, 2010, by filing a report on the construction of a temporary building on the land above the leased land; and (d) was newly built as a temporary office of

F around April 201, the head of the Jeju Coast Guard obtained a certificate of completion of the excursion ship business from H, a local fishery harbor located in G to I adjacent to G at the Jeju Coast Guard to run the excursion ship business using the excursion ship distribution line. On November 28, 2012, the Defendant established the same business after obtaining a license for the excursion ship business from the head of the Jeju Coast Guard to the time from March 6, 2014 to March 5, 2024.
