A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B K5 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On December 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a k5-lane with alcohol content of 0.121% in blood at around 22:20 on December 11, 2017, and driven a five-lane road in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C along the five-lane distance from the place of active service to the station of new history.

At the time of night, in such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation well, accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got a victim D (58 years old) who stops in order to let the passengers get off in the front room due to the influence of drinking, such as a red and booming snow, in a situation where it is difficult to drive normally due to the influence of drinking. The Defendant received the back panion of the E-tax driven by the victim D(58 years old) in order to let the passengers get off in the front room by negligence.

After all, the Defendant driven a car in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt ties, tensions, etc. in need of a two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim FF (20 years of age) who boarded the damaged vehicle for about two weeks.

2. Around December 22 and 20, 2017, the Defendant driving a B K5 vehicle while drunk with alcohol content of 0.121% from the 2km section from Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangnam-gu to the front day of Gangnam-gu.
