Defendant
A is a person who was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daegu District Court on April 26, 2013 and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Daegu Detention House on July 10, 2013, and Defendant B is a person who was sentenced to one year of suspension of execution on March 12, 2013 at the Daegu District Court on March 12, 2013 and was sentenced to one year of suspension of execution on March 20, 2013.
The Defendants conspired to acquire money from victims by raising a false statement that they sell valuable goods on the Internet immediately after the release of Defendant A, as they came to know while living together in the Daegu detention center.
On July 13, 2013, the Defendants posted a false statement to the effect that Defendant A’s residence located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, K in the third floor, sold a master book on the Internet-based bulletin board “L”, and reported this fact to the victim M who visited the victim M. who sent KRW 2.1 million to the N bank’s O account in the name of N bank.”
As a result, the Defendants conspired to deception the victim M and received 2.1 million won from the victim as the price for the goods from July 12, 2013 to September 23, 2013, and received 56,527,00 won in total from 112 victims in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
