1. Defendant A’s imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of 105 senior group of 2015, group of 1059, and imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of 2015 senior group of 3511, supra.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A of the Daejeon District Court on February 19, 2014, sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor and two years of suspended execution on December 24, 2014, which became final and conclusive on December 24, 2014.

1. On July 7, 2014, the Defendant reported to the head of the branch office D branch of the Public Transport and Transportation Joint Headquarters D; on July 6, 2014, to the head of the Daejeon Seo-gu Police Station as “the date and time of assembly on July 10, 2014 through 06:00, to August 6, 2014, 06:00 of the date and time of assembly; “50 meters in delivery to each E-mail, correspondence, and correspondence respectively”; “AD of the organizer and supervisor of the assembly; “A representative of the host organization;” “A” of the organizer and supervisor of the host organization; “the methods of demonstration, banner, placard, relief and promotion of relief;” “the representative of the host/ host organization; and “10 persons, such as cargo workers’ funds to participate in the assembly”.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act clearly deviating from the scope of the reported place of assembly.

2. The Defendants conspired with the intent to hold an assembly in front of the E-dong, as described in paragraph 1, in collusion with the Defendants’ joint crime. Defendant A instructed Defendant B to park the four-lanes of the above road using H5 tons cargo vehicles at the above-mentioned location at around the night of the day, and Defendant B interfered with traffic by preventing the vehicle from driving by parking the above cargo vehicles in accordance with the foregoing direction.
