Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a miscellaneous point with the trade name "C" in Busan Dong-gu B 3rd floor in 94-95.

On January 7, 2016, at around 13:50, the Defendant: (a) held, from the trademark right holder “C” store at the above “C” store, the Defendant committed an act infringing the trademark right by possessing, for the purpose of sale, 5 maternity bags, which are identical or similar to the maternal gram registered with the trademark under Articles 0231194, 1087069, and 0619587, to the Korean Intellectual Property Office, in order to transfer or deliver them to the said store for the purpose of sale.
