1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,00,000 out of KRW 11,835,066 and the said KRW 10,00,00,000, respectively, from January 23, 2015 to the date of full payment.

On November 8, 2010, the Plaintiff loaned 10,000,000 won to the Defendant on November 8, 201, to the Defendant on November 8, 2011 (the extension to November 8, 2013) at the rate of 3% per annum, the delay rate of 11% per annum within 30 days per annum, 12% per annum within 90 days per annum, and 13% per annum exceeding 90 days per annum. As of January 22, 2015, the above obligation remains as of January 22, 2015. The Defendant is deemed to have led to a confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 13% per annum from January 23, 2015 to the date of full payment with respect to KRW 10,000,000, out of KRW 11,835,066 and the above amount.
