Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking alcohol, drinking alcohol, drinking alcohol, drinking alcohol, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, etc., by causing a traffic accident where the Defendant was parked while driving a motor vehicle in the front of the Busan Jin-gu Busan Metropolitan City C, and receiving a report; and (b) driving the motor vehicle on the site after receiving the report from E in the circumstances of the Busan Jin Police Station that called the scene.
