Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2018, at around 11:20 on September 15, 2018, the Defendant acquired Onnuri gift certificates (as for KRW 49,500,000 and KRW 5,000,000) lost due to the victim E’s damage to the floor in front of the Cho Lake D.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
