1. The Defendant’s KRW 39,722,381 among the Plaintiff and KRW 119,722,381 among them, shall be KRW 20,00,000 from April 1, 2015.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A. Around April 18, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant on the instant construction contract (hereinafter “instant construction contract”). Around June 18, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant, setting the construction cost of KRW 1,919,00,00 with the construction cost of KRW 1,99,00 on the ground and the 1st underground floor (hereinafter “instant building”) on the land (hereinafter “instant construction contract”). Around November 10, 2014, the Plaintiff started the instant construction project and continued to increase the construction cost as follows. Around November 10, 2014, the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to increase the construction cost by reflecting the price of the additional construction project as follows, and the total construction cost incurred up to the date the Plaintiff requested the Defendant to increase the construction cost by 1,381,250,000 won (hereinafter “the instant construction cost”). However, the Plaintiff’s total construction cost may not be adjusted to the total construction cost of KRW 1,86,786,286,7.86,28.0.
