1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Each of the instant lands and the Defendants’ ownership transfer registration 1) Gyeonggi-gun K-si 186 square meters (hereinafter “instant previous land”).
A) Around July 30, 1911, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of L, and around 1957 thereafter, the registration of ownership preservation was completed in the name of L, and on December 26, 1968, the registration of ownership transfer was completed due to purchase on October 13, 1960 in the Republic of Korea. 2) The previous land of this case was replaced by the land of this case in accordance with the former Land Readjustment and Rearrangement Projects Act (amended by Act No. 5904, Feb. 8, 1999) on July 1, 1975, and was replaced by the land of this case in accordance with the same Act (amended by Act No. 5904, Feb. 8, 199) and deemed to have been completed on October 14, 1987, and became the same as the previous land of this case in Sungnam-si, N22.1 square meters (73.1 square meters) and the same as the previous land of this case in 0.
P. 20.1 square meters (66.4 square meters), Q. 19.5 square meters (64.5 square meters), R. 21.1 square meters (69.8 square meters), and S. 17.8 square meters (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”). During that process, the land No. 1 (N. 140.9 square meters) of this case (N. 140.9 square meters) was determined on July 31, 1981; the land No. 2 (P. 66.4 square meters) of this case was registered on May 20, 198 to U.S.; the land No. 3 (P. 64.5 square meters) of this case was traded on April 23, 190 to Defendant D 2, 198, and each of the instant land No. 983 square meters (M. 298.398.298.298.98.298.298.27.297.1) of this case was registered on Apr. 23, 19990.
3) Since then, each of the instant lands was registered before and finally recorded in the separate sheet, and the ownership transfer registration was completed to the pertinent Defendant as stated in the separate sheet. The main contents are as follows. A) On June 14, 1984, with respect to the instant land No. 1, the ownership transfer registration was completed on June 13, 1984 for Defendant B.
B. As to the land No. 2 of this case, on April 11, 1990, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 2, 1990 to X on March 2, 199, to Defendant C on September 4, 2009.
