Punishment of the crime

1. On March 17, 2017, the injured Defendant: (a) sounded the victim C (24 years old) to “be dead,” without any justifiable reason, at the waiting room of the mountain terminal in Seogsan City, 190, with a dog of 13:00 on March 17, 2017; (b) took the face of the victim two times at the hand floor; and (c) put this part into a quih with the number of treatment days on the part of the quih to the quih.
2. (2) On October 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) 22:00 on October 27, 2016, entered the victim H operation I store in Seosan-si; (b) obstructed the victim’s business by getting the victim’s fluence by having the customers and female employees take a bath and having them take a bath; and (c) continuously 2:18 on the same day, the Defendant flusing the victim’s fluence by having the fluence while taking a bath for the repair work.
(3) On November 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim K’s restaurant operated by Seosan-siJ around 14:46 on November 19, 2016; (b) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business for approximately 30 minutes of the victim’s restaurant because the Defendant her drinking alcohol at that place; (c) her drinking to customers; and (d) placed a half of the visitors on the table, and demanded the victim to go off the disturbance, thereby getting out of the disturbance; and (d) her talking with sound on the above floor.
(4) On January 19, 2017, the Defendant is present before the ticket boxes for the purpose of holding a bus ticket ticket sales at the N waiting room located in Seosan-si M on January 19, 2017.
