A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicle) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those engaged in driving a motor vehicle with Balpum lurb

On March 28, 2015, at around 22:58, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.172%, and led the D-distance intersection in front of C in Fagpo City C to turn to the left from the bus terminal room to the mountain tunnel bank.

Since there are three-distance crossings in which signal apparatus was installed, there was a duty of care for a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle to safely drive the motor vehicle according to the direction of signal apparatus.

On March 28, 2015, at around 22:58, the Defendant driven a B-to-purd vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.172% of the blood alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 8km from the 8km Hospital in front of the Canan Hospital, which is located in the B-to-si Si Mapo-si Si Mapo-si, on March 28, 2015 through the place of the said accident.
