A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 5, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) reported the form in which the Victim E (43 tax) was singing together with the Defendant’s pets; and (b) caused damage to the victim’s character of the head that requires approximately three weeks of treatment by drinking the victim’s face; and (c) caused damage to the victim’s reputation.

2. Special intimidation: (a) the Defendant: (b) caused the assault by the Defendant on the roads of singing Dosc, which are located at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1); (c) as the circumstances indicated in paragraph (1) on the roads in front of the singing Doscam; and (d) caused the Defendant to wear concrete bricks, which are dangerous articles that were outside the Plaintiff’s delivery, to the victim.

In this respect, the defendant carried a slick, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.

(b) Type 1 (General Bodily Harmon) area (from February to one year) mitigated (including special mitigation persons), which is not subject to punishment (including serious efforts to recover damage) of general injury;

(c) The scope of final sentence due to the aggravation of multiple offenses: Imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months from one year to six months;

3. Records, such as the defendant's age, occupation, sex, family relationship, and circumstances before and after the commission of the crime, under the sentence of sentence.
