Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2013, at around 03:00, the Defendant parked a vehicle in the C parking lot located in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and then changed parking expenses from 9,000 to 5,000 won to the victim D (59 years of age) who is an employee in charge of managing the parking lot, but the victim's refusal to reduce the parking expenses, but the victim's refusal to do so is called "Ahhhhhhhhhhh" and caused the victim's injury requiring medical treatment for about two weeks due to the victim's loss going on several times as he did so.
