Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who serves as a director of the D Appraisal Corporation in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, and the complainant E is a person who serves as a director of the same corporation, and is a workplace superior and subordinate staff.

At around 17:00 on April 25, 2018, the Defendant, within the office of the said D Appraisal Corporation, took account of the employee’s early withdrawal from the office in a situation where the appraisal is not good, and given consideration to the complainants who refuse to leave from the office. However, on the grounds that the complainants who refuse to leave from the office have a sudden fall, the Defendant identified the victim before the 6 to 7 members of the same staff, such as F (ma, 69 students), and called “mick mick mick mick.” and “Sick mick mick,” and “Sick mick mick mick.”

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
