A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2014, from around 10:0 to 11:00, the Defendant prevented electricity supply of the above building by cutting electricity blocking equipment during which appraisal has aggravated due to the successful bid of the victim and the above building from the victim C’s building located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, and prevented the victim from removing electricity on the fourth floor of the above building.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the removal of the victim by force.
