Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2015, the Defendant, “2015 Highest 1901,” made a false statement to the effect that “Afe.naver.com/Joint Rona will purchase smartphones” on the part of the victim C by accessing a mobile phone to the medium-and-medium trading site of the Internet, using a mobile phone, and making contact to the victim, “The remittance of KRW 2.10,000,00 to the victim will send the used goods.”

However, there was no intention or ability to send a mobile phone even with money.

The Defendant acquired 2.10,00 won from the victim through the foreign exchange bank account (Account Number:D) in the name of the Defendant, from that time to April 18, 2015, and acquired 3,132,50 won in total through 16 times, as shown in the attached crime log (1) in the same manner as in the attached crime log (1).

around March 24, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to sell the Internet items-based game money of 10 billion won on the Internet unit at the mutual influorian site in Seoul and falsely sent KRW 3.50,000 to the victim E (the age of 19) who reported and contacted the above writing.

However, since the defendant did not have a game money, there was no intention or ability to send money even if he receives money from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 3.50,00 from the victim to the credit union account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired the total amount of KRW 1,659,500 from the victims 11 times in total, from April 21, 2015, including the transfer of KRW 3.50,000 from the victim to the credit union account under the name of the Defendant, from that time.
