Each of the instant public prosecutions is dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. On November 15, 2015, at around 01:53, the Defendant assaulted the victim F (year 16) who was under the influence of alcohol on the upper floor of “E” located near the D market located in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, on the ground that the victim F (year 16) who was under the influence of the foregoing was satisfing and sating the victim’s left side at one time.

B. The Defendant assaulted the Victim G (16 years of age) who observed that F was assaulted against the Defendant at the time, place, and in the date, time, and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) at one time, on the part of the victim’s right clocks.

2. Provisions of applicable provisions to the facts charged in judgment: Judgment dismissing each objection to the punishment of victims after the prosecution under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act is instituted (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
