1. Defendant A: The Plaintiffs
(a) remove the buildings listed in Annex 2;

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On January 14, 2014, the Plaintiffs received a decision to permit the sale of each of the lands listed in [Attachment List No. 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) in the auction procedure for the replacement of real estate at the court J and K (Du). On February 12, 2014, the Plaintiffs acquired the ownership of each of the instant lands as to the shares of 6/10, Plaintiff J&D Co., Ltd, and Plaintiff J&D Co., Ltd., Ltd, with full payment of the purchase price on February 12, 2014.
B. Defendant A is the owner of each of the instant lands listed in Section 2 of the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant building”).
C. Defendant B, C, D, and E occupy the instant building by asserting a lien.
Defendant deceased on August 13, 2014, which was after the plaintiffs filed the instant lawsuit, and Defendant H and Defendant I taken over the legal proceedings as co-inheritors who are the spouse G and children. D.
The rent for each of the instant lands is KRW 7,902,00 from February 12, 2014 to July 20, 2015, and KRW 459,811 per month from July 21, 2015.

According to the above facts of recognition as to the claim against Defendant A, Defendant A removed the instant building to the Plaintiffs, and delivers each of the instant land to the Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs’ unjust enrichment from the occupation and use of each of the instant land constitutes unjust enrichment equivalent to KRW 7,902,00, and KRW 459,811 per month, from February 12, 2014 to July 20, 2015, and from July 21, 2015, from July 21, 2015 to July 21, 2015, from the time when the Defendant A completes the delivery of each of the instant land.
